I've stayed at many Embassy Suites. This was my least favorite. We were greeted in the parking deck by nasty while male boxers next to the elevators. Upon entering the hotel smalled as if it were truly old. Turns out it really is an old hotel, it's just been through some but not enough renovations. You'll find popcorn ceilings and odd indoor pergolas over carpet. The first room smelled like it was smoked in at some point. The front desk gave us another room and while it smelled better the bathtub/shower had black and red hard water stains on the caulk and just appeared old and dirty. We were given a 3rd room which proved to be the best as it only had that old hotel smell. This is a very large hotel so we were surprised to see the breakfast area was so small. The food met the standard I've seen at other locations. Lastly, this property seemed under staffed for the amount of rooms on site.

Unlike other Embassy's the upgraded "Premium Suite", includes only one day of the snack amenities. We had a 3-day stay so for $120 more, we only received 4 cans of random flavors of soda. Its cheaper to get a regular room and buy your own. Otherwise, the property was clean, breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and we received turn over service daily. I would stay again of course without the premium package.

Nice stay, rooms clean and hotel services were very good. New $10/night parking is an issue, garage elevator not working for over a month, limited access to hotel from garage. Hotel shuttle vans block main drop off access and take up front hotel parking spots unnecessarily.

Bad/expensive in room entertainment options.
I was really disappointed with the entertainment situation. an additional $10 a day for music in a room with no radio. Only regular TV or inordinately expensive streaming options for TV viewing. Other hotels I have stayed in have had apps like netflix and youtube loaded for me to log into and use my account. Considering I was already paying an extra $27 for wifi I feel like that kind of thing is the least you can do.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful the food service and the bartenders are very accommodating and very professional whereas the front desk staff is very rude with no greeting when you come in and out of the door they left out the fact that it was parking pass so I didn't have a pass for 3 Days thankfully nothing was towed away however wasn't made aware of the fee until I get a bill at checkout. This was the first embassy that I stayed at that the front desk was so nonchalant and anyone can walk in and out. There should be a passkey to get up to the floors.
