Best way to say it is literally lipstick on a pig. You can’t put fake wood floor in a room (badly I might add), throw in a new headboard and faucet on the sink and expect it to be updated! Lots of improvements needed. You can tell many years ago this was probably a really great property. Had dinner two nights at the Johnny V’s. One was just ok, the second was awful. Pizza was undercooked with a soggy crust…everything slid right off each piece! Just no attention to doing it right! Overall the property just felt sticky. All the floors had this waxy sticky feel from the restaurant to the lobby to the room. The parking here is unexplained! I parked in one of the garages across the street as told, but told by 3 people 3 different stories of the fact that I was in the right or wrong garage and directions of where to park and how to pay for it just not clear at all. Bathroom was AWFUL. Dirty, cobwebs with spiders, hairs all over including the stack of towels. Plus the room had no fridge which I miss having. Oh! …and the room door had been painted so many times and the humidity made my door stick every single time I opened it from the inside or outside. Just not a good experience and will choose a different property the next time I have to visit for business.
