The room was so disgusting!!! Dirty! There were dry bugs all over the floor, in the washroom and all over in the bathtub, which looked like they had been there all summer. Toilet didn’t work and the phone was not in service to call the front desk to report it. I had to walk down a long slope to the front desk, so inconvenient! The agent tried to explain this was normal and this is the time of the year the bugs come from the mountains. I did not believe her. I was so upset and I was tired after a 10 hour drive. I was moved to a different room and there were still dead dry bugs on the floor. I just took the room because it was so late. I will never stay there again! Disgusting!!

WORST hotel ever!!!!
Room was disgusting. I have never in my life canceled a hotel before. Look at the pictures. No one would rent a room like this. Hotels.com needs to take them off of their website. I even tried to change rooms and they said they were booked. I had to stay 1 night because we arrived so late. Left immediately the next morning. Was suppose to stay 3 nights. They would NOT refund my money. I would not want anyone else to stay in this place. Would only let me upload 8 pictures. I have more
Door closed all the way. You can still see light from outside. Dead bolt for safety would not lock.

On 10/3 late arrival: TV didn't work, refer didn't work, bed side light broken & no bulbs, very dark small room, thru-wall AC unit mounted high on wall - had to stand on bed to operate, no place to put luggage except on floor, stains and peeling paint on ceiling, parking space dangerous, furnishings look like old attic leftovers, tried to cancel thru Expedia but could not find another room

Sketchy outside but clean inside.
The staff were amazing. Very helpful and understanding. We stayed in Rapid for an unfortunate situation with family. The hotel is more of a motel with outside entryway doors. The beds and room were clean. Not super comfortable but the cleanliness made up for it. Bathrooms were small but clean. Breakfast was also great.

All the furniture in room was scratched up and the cabinet the microwave was in looked like a medium sized dog had to chew and scratch up the bottom of it to escape from some holding pen underneath! The staff was kind, inviting, and friendly.

A/C filter needs changing. Bathtub damaged. Needed repainting. Counters needed renewing. So much was filthy it should be reported to the Dept of Health. Needs new mattresses. We refused service and had to ask for a return of our money.
