Not so easy to check in
This is an automated apartment complex with no real reception desk. You get an email with overall instructions but nobody tells you to expect that email. I was lucky to arrive after another guest had figured it all out and she explained everything, otherwise I would have left stranded the night of my arrival. The pics are misleading since they make you think the apartment s much bigger of what it actually is. We could never figure out how the washing machine works since it asks for tokens and we couldn’t get tokens anywhere in the washing room. I texted the phone for support but nobody called or texted back. Instructions in the building are only in German not in any other language which always poses a challenge.

Great find
First off I would like to say the stay was awesome! The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The location was very close to restaurants and shops. The room/apartment was clean well organized and cozy I have no complaints at all and they’re also pet friendly which was a huge plus for me. I will definitely book a stay at this establishment again.

Convenient Place to Stay
I like the apartment/hotel. It was a bit more modern than the other hotels in the area and was close enough the the Marienplatz for easy access. The internet worked well, which is significantly better than other hotels in Ravensburg.

Etwas umständlich mit dem Parken, vor allem bei Regen. Ein Fenster konnte nicht verdunkelt werden, d.h Licht sehr früh am Morgen. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

I was clean and the beds were ok. We stayed there only for one night. If we were to stay there longer as a family it would have been very cramped and not a place we would recommend if you are travelling with smaller children.
