Used to stay at this location (under different hotel groups) and never had issues. Front desk staff has no customer service training. When walking through the door to check in, we weren’t greeted with a hi or hello. The first words from desk were “last name”. Front desk attendant asked for my card, when I asked why my card was needed he said to book the room. I then stated I booked and paid through Expedia. He then said I still owed $100. Come to find out it was needed to put a hold on my card in case of damages, which is okay, but why not just say that?! After checking in, went to elevator (only one working) and once we were inside we were greeted by a roach crawling on the wall. Upon reaching room, it smelled like smoke (non smoking room), bedsheets/comforters were visibly dirty with stains, headboard was visibly dirty as well but hidden behind the pillows. In the bathroom, there was an opened and used bottle of soap left. Shower were also dirty. In the middle of the night woke up to a bug crawling in the bed. Completely disappointed. I have never had an issue before at this location. I’ve had a reservation booked for a few months now for an upcoming date at the end of November and I will more than likely be cancelling it.

Pleasant and accommodating desk staff. Very poor lighting; room was very dark. Towels were stained. Kitchen was poorly equipped with cooking implements, glasses and dishes which were not clean and had to be hand washed before use. There was only one elevator in service during our 3-night stay. There was a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent We were given a small bottle of liquid dish detergent and told to use a small amount of it in the dishwasher...that would have been a disaster! Would we stay here again...not likely.

When we were eating breakfast we noticed a bug that was crawling on the wall in the dining area right next to our table. It looked alot like a roach. I have pictures if you want to see them.

Pros: the gentleman that was working nights is super helpful and respectfully. Overall, a very professional staff member. Cons: My first room was horrible. The bathroom was filthy and there was a massive stain on the bed sheet along with multiple stains on the covers of which had multiple holes. I made the front counter know and was immediately provided with another room (upgraded). The new room appeared to have a somewhat clean bed but most of the bath towels were all stained yellow. The facility overall is in very poor condition; from the questionable elevators (missing an inspection sticker) to the unhygienic restrooms.

They use too much fabuloso for cleaning. It’s all you smell coming in and in your room. No blackout curtains and someone started mowing at 8am! Also sounds like there’s a race track behind the building with loud cars all night. Can’t get breakfast if you aren’t downstairs before 9am. Very unpleasant stay.

This is a really nice location. The property in itself is maintained to the best of their ability. Room was clean but the floor was pretty dirty, my feet got dirty as if I was walking outside. There was a roach on one of the walls when we checked into our room so we were not freaking out since it was only for a one night stay. The room did have everything that was needed and the bed was pretty comfortable but we had no control of the air temperature because the AC would go on when it wanted to no matter what we tried. Overall it is an okay place, but we will not be going back again.

I won’t stay here again
Not a great experience. Multiple times during my stay there were people smoking marijuana in the parking area out front of the hotel. The upkeep of the building seems like it’s cutting corners (towels had stains, hardware in bathroom were missing). At one point another guest entered my room, when I told the staff at the front desk they just said “sorry, someone must have given them the wrong key by mistake” - no idea how that could happen but it felt unsafe. I won’t stay here again, the price was attractive but I now realize that you get what you pay for and it may attract a clientele that reflects the price and an experience that is poor value.
