Terraced house with a living/dining room, a landing serving as an office, a bedroom with two single beds, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom, private toilet, a kitchen and a utility room.

Outside, at the front a courtyard with terrace, at the back a small terrace. Access to shared garden. The exteriors are currently being fitted out.
