very disappointing Hotels.com should remove them.
I started my stay having to carry my suitcase up two stairs because both elevators were not working. My television did not work properly.I could not make outgoing calls anywhere from the hotel, phone was just for talking to desk clerk . of the seven days I stayed there only once did tee maid clean my room and even then all she did was made my bed not even changing my sheets .the coffee at breakfast was horrible my coffee back in the US is better then the coffee they were serving.

Havia ficado em Porto de Galinhas e meu voo saía no meio da madrugada. Então reservei para esperar o voo, fiquei até meia noite, algo assim. Hotel antigo, quarto espaçoso, colchão legal. Se é para pernoitar, tudo bem.

Limpeza e conservação a desejar
Muito mofo, muito cabelo no piso do quarto e banheiro, certamente de hóspedes anteriores e com isso a limpeza do quarto bem precária. O café da manhã que foi bom! Boa localização, próximo à praia e ao aeroporto.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma geral, tive problemas no primeiro quarto: a televisão não funcionava, não tinha blecaute, o chuveiro elétrico dava pequenos choques, as roupas de cama rasgadas, o frigobar com cheiro de mofo. Passou quase meia hora tentando outro quarto, acabei ficando em um com a bancada quebrada.
