This property is unique as it is located right on the boardwalk and next to beech. Also has lots of restaurant around and does not need to drive once checked in. Perfect location for a weekend getaway.

Had problem with room door not locking properly, staff ignored us and told us it is good enough. They had us wait in the lobby a long time. We werent offered another room so we had to leave amd were offered a refund. As we drove away they called and said we had to cancel by first contacting expedia. That is crazy impossible and a bad way to waste the night.

Weekend family getaway
We booked 2 nights because the pet fee was waived in the offseason. Since other ammenities, like the pool, weren't available, we thought this was an wonderful alternative. Excellent location, area felt safe and it was easy to walk to shops/restaurants. Beach and boardwalk were convenient and clean. Loved that the rooms did not have carpet. Carpet is gross in heavily used spaces.

We've stayed at this property a few times now and enjoy the convenience of being able to park our car and walk to the beach, shopping and dining. We were a bit disappointed in the new parking fee @$55/day. A bit steep, in our opinion.

Didn’t believe the rave reviews before I booked but decided to try it anyway. It’s all true!!!! We are so happy to have found this luxurious hotel just an hour from home on the Jersey Shore. The Wave had everything we needed. A beautiful and relaxing decor, greeted with a glass of champagne, lunch outside on the board walk lounge, an exhilarating spa treatment (Ingrid was absolutely the best), drinks by the fire pits at night, great food, heated outdoor swimming pool that was still open in October and the beach just steps away….not to mention all of the restaurants and shops within steps as well. No need for our car. Easy self-parking in the public garage across the street for $30 per night. I HIGHLY recommend The Wave Resort in Long Branch!!!!
