Room needed linens for pull out bed. I understand the construction but since all rooms are available to be pet friendly they don’t provide linen or accept responsibility for any pet hair left in the pull out.

The room is clean and I think it’s just finished remodel, the lobby still remodeling, kind of a bit dusty. Breakfast was good, but no sitting area due to the remodeling.

The front desk agent was very nice and wonderful. The cleaners were cleaning and vacuuming rooms up until midnight right beside my room. Kept me awake. They then knocked on my door at 7:45am while I seas still sleeping and made my dogs bark. I maybe got about 3 hours of sleep. I am not blaming the cleaners this is a management issue. Do not clean rooms after 10pm so guests can sleep and do not knock on doors until check out time or you know for sure the guest has left the room.

Old building spruced up a bit. Breakfast room is being renovated so they used the fitness room. Had to get breakfast and take it up to the room. Only one chair in the room. Sound insulation non-existent, Guy upstairs got up about 5:00 or 6:00 and was clomping around for an hour or more and we heard every step loud and clear. Libby was a mess with a radio sitting in the corner on a fan or something. The blind was all frayed. Everything just gave the impression of grubby and dated.

Hotel is a dump.
Talk about putting lipstick on a pig. Hotel was being renovated. Trucks and workers all over property. Breakfast was grab and go. Not used to this. Hotel grounds in an extreme state of disrepair. Hotel must notify guests when work on hotel being performed. Never stay there again.

I liked the cleanliness of the room.The beds are comfortable.We we're on the second floor.Noise from someone walking around above us was loud.We we're not able to find a parking space in lot next to Inn...asked where we could park,we were told to look for space out on the street somewhere.We ended up parking in another lot as curbs were painted red on the streets near the Inn.

I appreciate that the front desk associate gave me a free upgrade to a suite for my room. I also greatly appreciated the recommendation of Whiskeytown and hiking pamphlets that emphasized waterfalls. I love that they use Dove brand for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotion. It's the first time in a long time that my skin didn't feel dry from staying at a hotel, so please continue to use this good soap brand!! The bed was soft and comfortable. I loved the pork sausage at breakfast and wish they could have that available everyday. I also appreciate the 11 am check out time.

Staff was super friendly on both evening check in and morning check out. Room was clean and I could tell they really do attempt to keep the place in good condition overall (currently some construction projects going, but that didn't interfere with my stay).
