The heater in our room did not work and there were not enough extra blankets for all the beds so we had to sleep in our clothes. We called ahead that we would be coming in late, the hotel doors were locked when we got there. Had to wait outside till someone happened to come out, then waited another 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Breakfast was sub par, serving deli ham slices warmed up as a meat. All around it was the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Room was mostly clean minus the windows. The windows didn't have screens and someone could literally jump out the window, not very safe. Furnace was loud. The hotel is run down. The pool area has so much potential to be great. The parking lot was dirty. Continental breakfast was a usual hotel breakfast not great.

The parking lot has needed to be redone since it was the Red Deer Lodge, it’s crappy as hell. I had a suite that literally had no place to put my clothes, no closet or wardrobe or even a set of drawers. The free breakfast was meh at best, if I’m paying over 160 bucks for a room and there’s no bar or restaurant it’s going to be a big nope from now on

Poor organization with front desk staff, rundown facilities, under construction, cops called on guests that were causing a disturbance, being drunk on listerine. shares space with transitional housing. bad organization for getting breakfast ticket in morning. Gave my room away to another guest with my stuff in it and came back to room to find key wouldn't work and another guest staying in my room. Had moved my stuff to storage bc someone at the front desk hadn't inputed my room number properly into the computer.

Suite rooms were not that big and bedrooms could have had more than 1 power outlet. Mattresses were awesome and rooms were well soundproofed! It was unfortunate that this time there were people had brought dogs into the hotel which resulted in barking contests with the other dogs.
