We have stayed here a few times now, and some of our friends have too. Its gotta be the beat and nicest hotel around. Im sure it is! But something always seems to come up that ticks me off about this hotel. Last time, on a weekend getaway with my Lady, we had planned our weekend around using the Pool and Hot Tub. Both were out of service!! There was no mention of it when we booked, so we were very let down. I asked quite seriously for a reduction in the room rate, but that went nowhere. After the property manager came in, i had another chat about the pool issue and our huge disappointment, i got more excuses than resolutions! This time, i had to say something to the desk cleark at check-in, when he applied a $200 hold to my Credit Card for "Incidentals"!!?? This hotel doesn't even have a Lounge, Restaurant, Cafe, Mini-Bar, or any real way of incurring any Incidental charges? The room rate was only $170 including tax!! I am fine with maybe $100. I would suggest this "Policy" be reviewed and adjusted!!

Everything was good I can’t deny their towels are the whitest cleanest you will find but we stayed 3 nights the complementary breakfast was awful in a way that they served same meal every single morning not only that the breakfast area they only have 4-6 tables for a big crowd . So we had to take our plates and eat in the room on the 3rd morning didn’t even bother went to Timmie’s . Except organizational issues with the breakfast time it was ok overall
