The staff was very friendly and efficient. Also clearly informed us about the facilities: pool, hot tub, breakfast etc. The breakfast had lots of choices and plenty of it.

The rooms were comfortable but the furniture was well used and showed its age. The only real concern with our stay was the gym did not open until 9am. So no early worknout before work or before breakfast that ended at 10am and check out was at 11am. The one main thing i looked at when I booking the hotel was the quality of the gym and we were unable to use it when we wake up early.

Pre registation doesnt guarantee a quick entrance.
We pre registered online and ended up waiting for 2 different customers that had problems or didnt even have a reservation. Should be a seperate place fir pre registered customers to make it beneficial
