The rom heating unit did not work correctly, the safety lock on the door was broken. The restaurant drink dispensers, drinks tasted off as if the units were not properly cleaned.

Check in and check out was awkward. Agents did not talk at all during either check in or check out. Check in agent did not explain facilities and inclusions. Requested higher floor but initially assigned first floor. When I mentioned this, I was then given a higher floor. Breakfast was cold and old even though we arrived around 9 am. Coffee was like water. Overall service in both the dining room and hotel is non existent. I also requested late check out and was going to be charged 20 dollars which I was okay with at first. However, on morning of check out, we decided to leave before regular check out time and hotel refused to removed the charge even though we did not use the service after all.

the rooms were very clean and modern, and the staff was amazing! they allowed me to check in a few minutes early and gave me a room on the second floor, which I appreciated as a woman staying alone :)

The staff was super friendly, the hotel was nice and close to the frozen lake, had all the amenities and everything at such a great cost!! Honestly, fantastic experience, 100% coming back!

From the reviews you can see that the hotel is difficult to work with, charging a customer for a pet fee when they didn't own a pet (with no proof that they had a pet) and unwilling to make any concession even with no proof that there was a pet or the customer who paid the pet deposit but because she didn't collect it when she left, they were unwilling to give it back to her and then for myself having cancelled my reservations and still charging me...unimpressed!!!

The value for cost was excellent! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The showers had a lot of pressure and there was lots of hot water. Although I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the coffee was very weak and the sausage was fatty. Because I stayed for 5 nights I had the same breakfast every day except that only the eggs could be made differently. There weren’t enough people staying at the hotel to make it worthwhile to have the buffet breakfast, which is understandable.
