The hotel is starting to show its age. The carpets need to be deep cleaned. The beds are not near as comfortable as they once were. No support/ springy. The pillows have been washed and tumble dried so much they have no shape but a ball of stuffing. The bedding is discoloured and heavy odour of laundry detergent. The bath tub is permanently stained with grime. The kids feet were all cut up from the concrete in the pool. Few updates and this hotel will be back to 5 start.
