At some point this was probably a really nice hotel. Although it’s not “bad” it is definitely run down and in desperate need up updating. Trim in the room falling off the wall, patio in shambles, hot tub was filthy and foaming (if you research it, this is not good) the scrambled eggs in the breakfast room were runny & snotty-not cooked all the way. However the bed was really comfortable and the room was clean.

The carpet was stained and not even vacuumed when we arrived. Maid service did not come in and make the bed, clean or provide clean towels after night one. Called the front desk and they said I had to come down and get my own clean towels. There were light fixtures just hanging from the ceiling with wires exposed. Beds are super uncomfortable.

We got the hot tub room. Very nice and spacious. On 2nd floor which was surprising. Hot tub was great easily fit the 2 of us with room to spare. This property does not have an elevator. Breakfast was just ho hum. We went down the street to eat at Humble Joe's.

Should have known better
The free breakfast was/is one of the worst that I have ever had, not much to choose from and the bathroom sink in my room took hours to drain,the snack machine was only taking cash and not returning change, I've stayed at this property numerous times but this will be most definitely my last and would not recommend to anyone
