It was advertised that there was a shuttle to the Casino. When we asked about it, the staff seemed unsure if there was one and how it operated.

Clean, spacious room. Good amenities in room; however, shower cap was missed and in-room coffee/tea did not include dairy (coffee mate is not dairy). LOVE the welcome cookie. Would love a cookie for each day you stay. Daily parking fee is expensive.

Inside the building was nice, but parking was not so easy. You didn’t have much choice but to park in their parking garage, as street parking was limited and not the safest because of the area.

Beautiful hotel and nice staff. Our bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in- huge dip in the middle of the mattress that obviously needs to be replaced. We barely slept the two nights and had we been staying one more, I would have requested a room change.

They do not have enough parking for their guests, charge $15/night (I missed where that was written when booking) and the whole area is surrounded by people who unfortunately, don’t appear to have homes to live in. I did not feel safe bringing my children here - but it’s where my conference was, so didn’t really have a choice.
