這是一間民宿並不是飯店沒有電梯，我們4人般著行李上2層小小的木製樓梯，很辛苦。 4人房，只有一個洗手台在浴室內，稍嫌不足，如果住2人房可能會比較適合。 房東很客氣，早餐okay。

Chambre assez vaste. Literie moyenne: lit très bas. Petit déjeuner moyen. La propriétaire nous a fait payer le séjour alors que celui ci avait été règle à Hôtels.com. Remboursé ensuite après réclamation. Accueil professionnel et bonne indication de restaurant.

Mediocre, je déconseille fortement.
Mefiez vous de cet établissement en fonction de ce qui est ecrit sur l annonce d Hotel.com. Nous étions 2 pour voyages concernant le travail (dans l agro Alimentaire) en ces temps difficiles de Covid19 mais la propriétaire n en avait rien à faire. On devait dormir dans 2 lits séparés, ce qu on a commandé, ce qui est logique en coronavirus mais elle nous a facturé 20 euros de plus, il y avait indiqué sur l annonce une petite cuisine et de quoi réchauffé idem, rien. On lui a montré les captures d ecran de ce qu on a commandé, idem rien à faire, faut payer, c est tout ce qu il l intéresse. Personne qui n a pas d'humanité et ne pense qu à faire de l argent. Et pourtant on est sur Rennes toutes les semaines, on en a fait des locations mais vu que le choix était fortement limité, elle en a profité.

Si toutes les chambres d'hôtes pouvaient être aussi agréables !..... Je n'ai eu que des mauvaises expériences avec les chambres d'hôtes : celle-ci est diamétralement opposée à toutes mes autres expériences !!! Je vous recommande vivement cet établissement, vous ne pourrez qu'être ravis !

Quartier calme proche de la gare, la propriétaire a été trés accueillante. Le tarif annoncé de 87 euros s'est transformé en 96 euros. Soit ! Le lit trés confortable et le calme ont été salvateur. Le petit dèjeuner continental suffisant composé de jus d'orange,pain maison ,beurre confiture (un seul parfum dommage) quelques abricots,yoghourt nature maison et phare breton également maison.Bref moins copieux que dans un hotel moins cher ou le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris.mais dans l'ensemble c'était acceptable...absence également du canapé lit supplémentaire pourtant décris dans la prestation.
