Ok place to stay. Very convenient to airport. Room was clean and basically ok. Front desk clerk very nice. Very noisy outside. Difficult to control temperature in room. Made so much vibration noise we finally gave up and shut it off all together.

Horrible experience and customer service
I booked this room because I needed to stay an extra night in Reno. The hotel is run down and not worth the cost. The hotel double charged me after claiming that I made two reservations with hotels.com when in fact this hotel scammed me by marking my hotels.com reservation a no show and charging me another rate without my permission. When I checked in I specifically said I had a reservation with hotels.com and the this hotel still double charged me. If you don't want to get ripped off, do not stay here. I will never stay here again and their hotel/ and corporate customer service is horrible. They completely lied to me until I asked hotels.com to reach out to them on my behalf. Horrible company and experience.

A/C rattling.
Arriving was super easy, clerk was really nice. Stayed for one night. Room was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. However my only complain was the A/C. When we turned it on it would make a horrible rattling noise all night, I should've requested another room but I didn't want to complain so I guess that's my bad. Otherwise perfect stay.

I don’t have high expectations. But the carpet of my room had large areas of red stains. My money is someone had too many red colored drinks. What ever it is, it’s time to replace the carpet. Other cleanliness was fine, the staff polite. But a dozen bright red stains ranging in diameter from 3”- 8” is a bit much to expect the customer to bare.
