I rented a room for 76 year old woman that was displaced she showed up to accept the reservation the assistant Mail Manager was rude and very nasty to her treated her like she was like trailer trash she didn't have the $50 deposit on her card which was on my card that I paid for the room he then wouldn't take her money so we're back out on the street in 20 degree weather to walk further to another motel that I had to pay for this is a 76 year old sick woman that had nowhere to go and was replaced displaced from her home this is horrible horrible elderly abuse should have never happened she had $800 cash but because it wasn't on her card he would not allow her to rent a room and refuse to refund my money for the room this place sucks and I'm not the only one a lot of people here dislike that location be careful I still think I should get my money back but I'll probably never see it so watch out what you do with this company because they are horrible service and horrible uncaring human beings

My door had been kicked in previous to my stay and was not fixed properly. I talked to a person in a neighboring unit, and their door was also kicked in. Random people kept trying to open the door on multiple occasions thruout the 3 days i was staying. Plug in covers were missing with exposed wiring. When i was packing up at 9:45 am my door cards stopped working to unlock the door and as i finished packing i noticed a couple few roaches.
