Hotel is not opened yet and we were not notified ahead of time. It is 29 miles from Sparks in commercial area. I assume it would have been wonderful, however, never notified not open yet. In fact I received email to check in ahead of time. The staff person assisting us when we arrived was great and apologized professionally while trying to help us locate a place to stay which did not happen. We drove T he four hours home and not happy

Better than average Hotel in a less than average location of Reno if that makes any sense! Reminds my of Negril, Jamaica! Excellent security! But you do know you are not in a high class area! Not that it bothered me, since I've traveled in 3rd world countries! It's the best that it can be given the area!

Plenty of coffee, but no coffee machine in the room. Called the front desk at 6 and they couldn’t get a machine to me until 9 AM. Remember that Nevada is an open carry state and I would definitely suggest you take advantage of that in that neighborhood

They are very concerned about the safety of the customer here, they lock everything down at night and have staffed security at the front door. If you don't have a hotel key, you can't even use the elevator. I had no problems with my stay. My only complaint is that my room didn't include a refrigerator, all the other hotel\casino's in the area have these so they may want to add one to the rooms. I had leftover food I could have eaten the next day but had to throw it out because I didn't have a refrigerator in my room to keep it in.
