Although this hotel is on the older side, the room is nice. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the AC is great. Staff was pleasant. The downside for me, was that the bathroom sink is small, so it was a bit challenging to get organized. The parking lot is very well lit and quiet. This is a great place to stay if you want the Reno experience away from all the crowds. I recommend the room with the lake view. Less busy on that side.

I ENJOYED MY STAY AND WILL USE WESTERN VILLAGE. AGAIN WHEN I VISIT MY FAMILY IN THE RENO/SPARKS AREA. THE ONLY THING I HAD A PROBLEM WITH WAS THE ELEVATOR IT NEEDS SOME ADJUSTING ON DOOR CLOSURE!

Wonderful as always!
Ever since my first stay at Western Village in 2016, this is where I stop over when passing through the Reno area. Friendly service, clean, modern, quiet rooms with super comfortable beds, and easy parking - all for a price that can't be beat. I'm just a little sad that the fantastic jacuzzi suites no longer exist!

The registration is across from the actual hotel where your rooms are located. The casino is very smoky so be warned. The staff are nice and helpful. My sink was not draining and they fixed it quickly while I was out for the morning running errands. The area around is pretty safe and you have the Spark Marina to walk around right behind the hotel. The parking is convenient. Overall, good stay.
