I dont understand whhere the excellent star location is, this hotel rates 5 stars in every category. From check in to check out, for our entire stay. We had no problems. Courtesy, professional, and friendly. Very nice, reasonable price, great location to stay.

Overall the hotel is excellent. I am VIP status so they let me have a room when I arrived at 9.30am. The breakfast was included. The area was convenient but quiet, maybe because it was so cold outside that barely anybody walked outside. Shops, restaurants and convenient stores were close by. Bus stop 9 was around the corner. Also it was just 10 minute walk to bus stop 12, the popular stop for tour pickups.

This hotel is very well located for shopping, sight-seeing, dining, bus stops and tour stops. You will also be able to use the spa at its' sister hotel while staying at this particular location.

I liked how convenient the property was to the different parts of the city. I didn’t like the constant knocking-like noise I kept hearing from above. The room was on lower ground below the lobby so I’m assuming it was from the other guests walking around the lobby.

Great location but we had to ask for the bed to put to a king not 2 singles 3 times before it was done. (It was selected when booked also) and there was some damage to the bathroom sink surround that didnt feel very high quality for the price point and 4 star hotel. Was a lovely stay but not a 4 star
