Hotel Berg was great for an overnight stay due to a long layover at Keflavik. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the small outdoor hot tub. We also appreciated the free lift to the airport in the hotel shuttle van.

This is the perfect pit stop for your last night in Iceland, before heading to Keflavik. We had three adults staying in the suite, and it was plenty of room for us all. The walkout patios are perfect for taking in the scenery (especially the Northern Lights if you're lucky enough to see them), and the service is very friendly.

The hospitality by the hotel staff was the best we have ever experienced in any country! The people of Iceland were friendly, but the staff and people in Keflavik were kind, friendly and extremely helpful! We would definitely stay at Hotel Berg again!

This hotel seems nicer in pictures than in person. The bathroom cleanliness was a bit disappointing on my check-in. I saw previous guest’s garbage of feminine hygiene and dental floss left behind for me… The shower wall had molds which was unpleasant to see. The water bottle is unavailable and front desk staff stated to drink from the bathroom sink. Although I saw bottles of water behind the counter. I only stayed for 1 night to catch an early flight. I would not recommend if you plan to stay for long. The town is nice and quiet but nothing to do - just Blue Lagoon that’s about 25 minutes away from the hotel. FYI - this is a 3 star hotel.

It’s a perfect hotel for our stopover night, The onsite hotel served a very delicious meal. The bed is so comfortable - right amount of firmness and softness. We both had the most restful sleep after soaking the hot pool for 30min. We will for sure be returning!

Great to be ready for the airport.
An excellent stay near the airport, should partner with CampEasy camper rentals as they're about 1km away, easy to drop off and walk back to hotel that has a shuttle to the airport in the morning.

Excellent place to stay after a long trek in East Greenland. The food in the restaurant was sublime, the staff polite & helpful & the roof top plunge pool was perfect. I would stay here again much better than the airport Hotel Aurora in all respects & just a short taxi ride from the airport
