Dear Ilea, I am sorry to hear that your stay was not up to satisfaction. When you make a booking through Expedia it does state that our hotel does not have a lift as this is nearly a 100 year old building. However our staff at the front desk are always more than happy to help carry luggage up the stairs for our guests. I do hope you had a great trip here in Iceland and deepest apologize that your stay with us was not up to satisfaction.
