The location of the hotel is amazing; it's in the downtown area where all the shopping and bars are located; with that comes the issue of finding parking, which was not far but you have to pay not super expensive, it's like a dollar an hour. The area is a little bit noisy in the evening, and even I was able to hear the loud people from the other room at 0100 am. The room is gorgeous, and the bed is comfortable, very different from what you find in the rest of the hotels in Iceland, which are smaller rooms and sometimes two beds that are put together with two comforters. The bathroom is big, and it's clean and has all the things that you need, including body lotion and a shower cap. Breakfast is not included with the rate, which is different from the majority of the hotels in Iceland, but it's a Hilton, and they usually don't unless you pay a higher rate. Overall, I'm happy with the stay. I didn't use the spa services.

This hotel is perfectly located for eating and shopping and is walking distance to most landmarks and attractions in Reykjavik. It is very new and everything was very clean and high quality. Only a minutes walk to a tour pick up point as the buses cannot stop at a number of hotels. The buffet breakfast was very nice. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for those visiting Iceland and Reykjavik in particular

I arrived ridiculously early in the morning and they were able to check me in early because they had a room available. This was a life saver - I so appreciate this hotel. The bed was really comfortable, I slept so well. The bathroom was beautiful with a great shower. The gym had everything I needed for my workout. And the hotel location was very convenient - easy to walk most places downtown and right near the bus stop where tour companies pick you up.

The hotel staff was incredible. Paulina and Guilia we’re so incredibly helpful. Paulina actually came out from behind the desk, brought a luggage cart out and walked up the street to help us locate how to get into the hotel and bring our baggage to the hotel. Now that is service.
