The location of the hotel is amazing; it's in the downtown area where all the shopping and bars are located; with that comes the issue of finding parking, which was not far but you have to pay not super expensive, it's like a dollar an hour. The area is a little bit noisy in the evening, and even I was able to hear the loud people from the other room at 0100 am. The room is gorgeous, and the bed is comfortable, very different from what you find in the rest of the hotels in Iceland, which are smaller rooms and sometimes two beds that are put together with two comforters. The bathroom is big, and it's clean and has all the things that you need, including body lotion and a shower cap. Breakfast is not included with the rate, which is different from the majority of the hotels in Iceland, but it's a Hilton, and they usually don't unless you pay a higher rate. Overall, I'm happy with the stay. I didn't use the spa services.
