I didn't like the mattress. Kind of old and lumpy. But i have a bad hip. Husband said it was fine for him but could be better. We'll stay again as the location is ideal for us. Room was very clean.

I have stayed in better hotels, but not in Rhinelander. Much need remodel was a success. Premier location, to me at least: Hodag Park--5 minute drive 15 min walk; Pioneer Park--4 minute drive, 12 minute walk, High School and Hodag Dome--7 minute drive, 15 min walk.

Great stay and great location
This was a very nice and clean place to stay. Also, you can walk to some restaurants and shopping nearby. Check out Hodag Park as well. The beds were very comfortable and they had a good selection for the breakfast as well. We would definitely stay here again!

All good except laminate flooring needs to be cleaned with a wet swiffer with soap, not dry swiffer mop, ppas the floor looked clean but was a bit dirty. Also sheets need to be bleached, they were clean, however, a few stains on sheets. Service was excellent. Pool room was nice and warm. Breakfast area was very nice, however, I think it should stay open until 10am on weekends. Thank you.

The property was within close driving distance to the 4-day event we attended. Parking lot was ample & well lit when arriving back late at night. Staff was prompt to our requests for additional towels. Complementary breakfast was just ok. On the negative side, the bathroom was EXTREMELY small. There was a pedestal sink with no counter space. Wall shelving would have helped to alleviate this issue, however there was none. Generally, travelers have a significant amount of cosmetics & personal products. Poorly designed bathrooms with no exhaust fans.

For $270 a night, it was simply poor value. It may have been a weekend of high demand and price was adjusted accordingly.

Nothing was good about this property. It was very dirty and filthy. It was very uncomfortable sleeping in the bed knowing the whole room was dirty! It didn’t feel like it was remodeled at all, it felt like they just covered the old issues up and nothing new was added. Bathroom was so outdated and the whole hotel smelled very bad as soon as we walked in the hallways, very nasty…. Not worth the price whatsoever. I will definitely not be using this property for the future.
