Villa Irene is a detached villa located at the top row of the Kalathos Heights villa community with captivating panoramic views of the Aegean sea and surrounding countryside. The beautiful setting and views draw you to a luxurious swim in the large pool, while the warmth of the Greek sun wraps around.

Situated in a private and tranquil location, the gated entrance and secluded location allows guests to enjoy escaping into their own piece of paradise. A car is essential.

The location is ideal with Kalathos beach only a few minutes by car and Lindos is 10 minutes by car. The lovely Charaki village with seafront dining is also 10 minutes away.

Sunrises at Villa Irene are breath taking. Listening to the chorus of cicadas and bird song, while mesmerised by the colours reflecting on the sea. A rising moon is also a spectacular sight if you catch this part of the lunar cycle. The peaceful location brings in Roe deer which can be spotted in the countryside behind villa Irene.

With a choice of 3 balconies, a sun terrace and shaded terrace, guests have a choice of where to dine, have cocktails or a enjoy a prosecco. We provide a free welcome hamper to get the holiday started.

There are number of local walks around each with their own gorgeous views. A hilly path near the villa takes you up to an old olive grove. The views are worth the effort! We provide a local hiking guide on a few favourites.

Guests can look forward to sunshine and poolside relaxation, with exceptional views and a warm welcome. Whether it's exploration, relaxation and serenity, experiencing culinary delights or just not doing a lot, Villa Irene offers the best of all worlds.

The neighbourhood
Kalathos heights is a unique neighbourhood with villas of different styles and colours, each with beautiful planting and well maintained grounds. At the bottom of the hill are a number of tavernas, a fantastic Greek bakery and cafe, pharmacy and further towards the beach is a general store. More tavernas are located along the beach road offering a greater choice to suit all tastes.
The main supermarket is a 5 minute drive. The stunning traditional Greek village of Kalathos is a walk away.

Nice clean villa with amazing views. Great sized pool & an enjoyable place to hang out for the day if you can't be bothered with the beach. 1 or 2 issues with fixtures & fittings but they didn't detract from the experience. Good location for visiting nearby Lindos, Pefkos, Haraki etc. Car essential.

belle maison de vacances sur les hauteurs de kalathos sans vis à vis et très confortable . Piscine agréable et vue très appréciable ! Accueil et prise en charge de la maison facile Le village est très bien positionné à milieu de tout notamment Lindos Supermarché à 10 min et Rhodes City à 45 min Super literie , cuisine pratique le tout avec la climatisation . Des petits présents à l arrivée merci encore

Absolutely stunning views and accommodation. We (family of 5) stayed for 10 nights and the villa had everything we needed and more. Fantastic communication throughout from the owners. The people who maintained the property were also very polite and helpful. We would recommend a stay to anyone! 5 Stars!!
