Welcome to our house in Noriega! A place strategically located between Asturias and Cantabria, the mountains and the sea.

Our house is fully equipped, with a large kitchen, two cozy living rooms, fireplaces, garden and even a hanging boat to enjoy the views of the Picos de Europa.

Llanes and Comillas, the best landscapes and the best gastronomy very close.

Come and enjoy our favorite place! We are looking forward to give you recommendations!

THE SPACE:
Upon entering the house, you will find a large living room of 100 square meters with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen. This space is perfect for cozy evenings and preparing family meals.

Just above the living room, there is a loft equipped with two single beds, a family bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, offering a comfortable and private sleeping space.

The property also has a second living room with another fireplace and two sofas. Illuminated by a velux in the ceiling, this living room leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Outside, you will find a furnished porch with two sofas, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Picos de Europa. This outdoor space is ideal to enjoy the tranquility of the environment at any time of the day.

In addition, the house has a private garden, completely safe and away from busy roads. This green space offers a safe and fun place for children to play and enjoy the outdoors, adding even more value to this cozy vacation home.
