This property has large rooms. Very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ribeirão Preto is somewhat remote. So this place is a gem. You can tell because a lot of business people stay there

It’s nice but everything is closed due to the pandemic. The pool and restaurant are closed but they offer free breakfast and room service which is nice. Portions are big (even for an American). The food is good.

Perfect hotel if the mattress is good.

Bom mas podia ser melhor.
O hotel é muito bem localizado, limpo, confortavel. Mas dois pontos me chamaram atenção, o tempo pra fazer check in foi muito grande e no tempo de uma diaria passei aproximadamente 8 vezes na recepçao (pra ir tomar cafe, sair pra jantar, etc...) e em apenas 1x não havia uma aglomeraçao de pessoas no balcao de check in/check out. Isso em diversos horarios do dia, meio da tarde, fim de tarde, noite, pela manhã, acho que foi uma combinação de hotel lotado com procedimentos de check in check out demorados demais. O segundo ponto que me chamou atenção negativamente foi a toalha que é imcompativel com um hotel desse valor, uma toalha ja com bastante uso, fina e dura, normal se fosse em um hotel mais barato. Um outro detalhe é para o estacionamento que mesmo sendo dentro do hotel (subterraneo) é terceirizado e custa R$28,00 por diaria, acho que a cobrança deveria ser feita só pra quem quer usar o valet mas tudo bem, varios hoteis em ribeirão cobram por isso.
