The beds were very very hard no comforbale at all. My husband and my mom were very sore when we woke up this morning. We left earliy. The staff was not nice when we checked in or when we left. The tub filled up with water when i took a shower. Te hot tub jets didnot work they would come on for like 20 sec and the off for like 20. The pool was dirty. Didnot get the room resverd. I resverd the room for pet friendly even though we didnot have a pet it never said we had to have pets. We will never be coming again. I did the resver now pay at the hotel when we got there the lady said it was all ready paid for. We will never come again. Coffee was bad.

The place is beautiful and has lovely staff. The bathroom door did not close (got stuck on the toilet) and the hotel does not have an elevator.

Everything went okay with checking in but the hot tub wasn’t working so we couldn’t use that and the room was kinda rough with stains on the mattress cover, sheets, and blanket. Overall it was okay but I don’t think I would choose it again.

I really like the location which is Central to the Rice Lake area. The staff were all really friendly. The breakfast offerings were a complete bore but who cares. The room was nice and clean.

Stay was great - one suggestion. Our room was in an adjacent 1 story bldg. It was VERY nice , but the flooring was a dark wood & it tended to "bleed" dark color onto feet & socks.....should be scrubbed I think, rather than just swept or dusted. Otherwise everything was good. Desk people were very helpful & accommodating.

Desk attendant did not volunteer she had sodas behind the desk for sale when I stated I was looking for a vending machine. No view

Don't book through this hotel. Bad management.
Due to our plane from out of state being cancelled that would have brought us to wisconsin and our hotel, I called the hotel to cancel to get my refund. And the newer employee of the hotel said she needed to talk to the manager and put me on hold. Instead, she had me on speaker phone talking with the manager who made no effort to assist us or give us a reason why she wouldn't give us the refund. Terrible hospitality management. This was a world-wide issue as to our cancelled flight.
