THE BASEMENT is not a part of the listing, you will not have access to the basement during your stay. It is strictly used for farm and event storage ONLY.

THE FIREPLACE is not operable, DO NOT USE IT. If there is any indication or attempt to use the fireplace we will charge and report a fire damage fee that will be the renter's responsibility.

EVENTS AND PROPERTY: You will be staying on a working farm where we host public and/or private events on any given day. We have a noise ordinance for all events to end by 10pm. You might see people on the property during your stay but the Stonehouse will only be available to our VRBO guests. We also have an onsite market located directly behind the home (open Thurs-Sun), we encourage guests to visit if you have time! If you would like to inquire about having your own private event during your stay please contact events@woodsidefarms.net and mention that you are booking through VRBO for a discount!

We take pride in making our farm a beautiful space for all of our guests to connect with nature and unwind during your stay. If you happen to see any farm staff during your stay please ask for a tour! We are always happy to engage with our guests as much or as little as you would like.
