Nice place
Great staff, one of the better free breakfast options for a hotel this size. They were/are in a remodeling faze so our request for a 1st floor room was not met. But seeing how we made the reservation on the road about an hour from the hotel it was completely understandable. Again the staff is very welcoming and Richard the guy in the kitchen is wonderful.

Ugh is all I can say. To begin with I was sent an email for express check in which I did because we would Be arriving later after the world 100 Friday program and I didn’t want them to give our room away. It said a small amount of money would be taken from my card to verify then put on file for incidentals, it ended up taking the entire stay amount which I had already prepaid in advance. 4 days later still no money back in account. We were told it was because I had double booked the room when I did the express check in??? No clue what that means or how as I followed the directions in the check in email and had prepaid for the room way in advance. There are no elevators or way for a disabled person to go upstairs so stay on the first floor if this is an issue. We were not told that upon check in or asked if we needed a first floor. We had to wear shoes the entire time in the room because it was so dirty. The bottoms of our feet were black if not. The smell in the hallway, front entrance, and all over the room and bathroom were like mold/ old water/ must and the pool area which I had confirmed prior was opened was closed the entire time we were there. It was quiet I’ll give them that. Guessing because no one was hardly staying there. No idea if the breakfast was good as it was only served until 9 and the first day we were down by 8:30 and it was all put away and gone so we didn’t even try on day two. I am so happy to be home and away from that disgusting place. Don’t do it!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Baymont. Called ahead to ask about an early check in and the receptionist was absolutely a doll. Very personable staff and nice quiet night. We were on a trip back to Missouri from visiting family in West Virginia. Just the relaxing stop we needed!! Thank you Baymont.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. We were able to walk to Bob Evans for dinner. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. The bath, shower area was very clean. The hot breakfast was great, we had a really nice man ask us how we wanted our eggs cooked. We would definitely recommend this place.

This hotel was reasonably priced, clean, and at least during our stay quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with the added touch of Richard making made-to-order fresh eggs for those who wanted them. My wife accidentally left her purse behind and Nevil at the front desk very helpfully coordinated with me to ship it to our home. We'll definitely stay here again.

The main reason we picked this one over the other hotels in the area that were arpund the same price was it had a pool and a hot tub. When we got there the hot tub was closed and found out it is going to be permanently closed. You should update your amenities on line.

A warming welcoming hotel
The hotel is a bit old but the service is very warm and friendly. Lori (front desk) and Richard (breakfast) were very forthcoming and making guests feel like home.

Very good staff. The morning breakfast gentleman was amazing. Wish more people had his fantastic attitude. The construction smell invaded the other portions of the hotel that were not being remodeled. Ckean that area even while still working would be my recommendation
