Property easy access to freeway and major highways. Area had lots of fast food restaurants options and shopping. Hotel towels were small and tv should have been of better quality for a facility that charged a premium fee. Hotel while clean and comfortable, could use some minor renovations. Overall a good place to stay.

I think this is a very lonely hotel! Everything was pretty much perfect. Couple things I'd have to say are the one time I had breakfast. It was cold. There were no attendant that I saw who stays in the area and keeps the food warm or even covered. Another thing that made my eye twitch is that there is an incident and the manager is on vacation which all people deserve. There needs to be a system set up so someone on property can take things over if need be or bring in a temp manager. I was triple charged and they held all payments until the morning I checked out not reversing them for the week I stayed. That's very frustrating and I am very patient but a week is not ok. Again besides that I think this hotel and staff and great.

Poor service.
Bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast was cold. No one around to fill up milk bottle. No milk for the cereal. It was suppose to be a hot breakfast.

Shouldn’t have access to cards ahead of time.
The overall stay was fine. They tried to run my card before my arrival. I received a call stating the manager was canceling rooms to make make room for walk in guest without reservations and they wanted to confirm I was still coming, it was only 6:00pm.

My son was graduating from basic training. I wanted to put him somewhere decent for his one day before AIT. The online reviews showed this wasn’t a bad place. Upon arrival, we found spiders, giant cockroaches, the hot tub didn’t work, I couldn’t get a water from the vending machine, as far as breakfast, my son said he had better in Basic Training. This was possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

Not the best experience
No one was available for over 15 min when we arrived to check in. There was a sign at the check in desk saying that someone would return in 15 min so i was trying to be patient. However, no one arrived in 15 min. but an employee came from the back who heard me calling for someone and then went to find the person who could check us in. Not very professional. The pool was green and in the process being drained. The room was clean but had a strange chemical odor which i assumed was some kind of cleaning solution.

Disgusting
This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. It smelled when I walked in the building. It’s dirty and worn out. The room was dingy. There were little ants all over the bathroom floor. I killed a bunch, but more kept coming. I pulled back the sheets on the bed. The sheets were dirty and there were hairs on the sheet. I never took my shoes off because I didn’t want to walk on the carpet bare foot. I’m pretty sure this place is contracted as a homeless shelter. In the morning, other’s leaving had their belonging in garbage bags. God bless them, but I don’t want to pay to sleep with them. I would not go back. I’d rather camp.

My room was situated next to an outside exit door on the bottom floor. The door is designed to only open with a room key but the door it self was damaged and it would not stay shut. Along with the close proximity to the door, the guests trying to shut it repeatedly were very loud. The hot water temperature in my room was luke warm at best and the faucet felt as though it would break at any moment.
