You could not get no cleaner hotel. These people are very clean.Their king suites are awesome and roomy, nit to mention dire tly across the street from Kings dominion!!! Could not.get no better. Their breakfast is great!!!!

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly and responsive. Initial room was not cleaned or made up, staff provided second room asap. TV wasn't working, staff corrected immediately. Toilet wouldn't fill, took off lid and fixed myself. Phone didn't work, received wouldn't plug in.

The carpet felt wet, the pillows for the king bed were small and not good. My husband had to fix the shower. The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was weak.

For there being a $200 fee for smoking in the rooms the whole floor I stayed in smelled like marijuana. The room smelled moldy and the Shower drain was clogged, there was mold and hairs all over the shower wall.

I loved the A.C as it kept the room very cool. The sheets on the bed came off everytime we turned over, the shower curtain wouldnt stay shut due to the curtain rod causing it to slide and being open the whole shower, and the pool was gross!

Rooms are not sound insulated. I could easily hear conversations in the hallway with more clarity than I cared for. The upstairs room occupants would walk but it would reverberate through our room. Room was clean but the carpet felt sticky in some areas.

We stayed for one night while passing through on our way back from FL to MA. When we arrived, we were told we had been upgraded to a suite free of charge. Nice! However, upon entering the suite and looking more closely, there was a considerable amount of dust and black colored mold gathered near the AC vents. The whole room just felt damp. I was cold and tried to turn the temperature up but the thermostat didn’t respond. The best thing about this room was the water pressure in the shower. I would have felt uncomfortable staying in this room for more than a few hours and definitely would have asked for a new room if we had been staying longer.

My friend and I were in town for a concert, this location started out rough with the girl at the front desk, she didn't seem to know what she was doing and her mannerisms were not very friendly or welcoming. We had 2, king sized rooms and the rooms had peeling paint, very dusty missed areas on the two side tables and the back of the headboard was filthy, I cleaned those areas myself to feel better. The next morning, house keeping banged on my door at 9:30am to see if I was still in my room even though check out time is noon! This was very irritating and unprofessional. The 7-11 store that is right next to the hotel we went to the night before we though we were going to get involved in a fight because 2 rough men from new york were in there starting a fight with the young female clerks

Clean and well maintained. Could not watch the tv because it was searching for service every three minutes, on both the living room and bedroom tv’s!
