Great experience
A quick overnight before my surgery. Highly recommend this chain of hotels. First, I messedup our reservation (under lots of pre-op stress) and prepaid for the wrong night. After explaining to them the situation they had no qualms about fixing my mistake at no cost to me. We arrived to free dinner and free drinks (alcoholic or not), free popcorn and a beautiful comfortable room. It's a nice treat before a stressful and emotional day tomorrow. BTW the price point is phenomenal for Richmond!!

What a pleasant surprise! This hotel was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect being right off the highway and many options for eating and shopping close by. We will definitely stay again when we are back in town.

Rooms were comfortable, dark and quiet, had a great sleep. Facilities were very clean, staff were friendly. Negatives: front desk was understaffed for a hotel of that size, always a line because there was 1 person and she also was called to do other things. Also breakfast was the same both days, not much variety. I'd still go back, very convenient to everything.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Weird little things were off, such as no shower gel and the broken hot tub. I chose the place over similar hotels nearby for the hot tub. The pool was the loudest I have ever heard. But the inside of the room was clean and comfortable.
