Their was no sheets for pull out couch. Sheets and matress was dirty. Room was dirty needed full cleaning. There was a horrible oder in the room.

I have several complaints about this hotel. I paid for a room that did not receive. The person at the front desk was not professional and the first room.I was given had a dirty bed with holes in it. I will be escalating this further, as I have not received an adequate response or resolution.

Extremely quiet & close to everything you need... price is bit steep for the room cleanliness you walk into but it what it is overall .... Take your belongings witn you as for anything gang!!!! We are in the real world !!! Hey!!!!!

The first night was not a problem until I went to extend again the next day. I went through Expedia & got the same rate again & I showed the front desk young man & he tried to argue the Expedia rate & then put me in a new DIRTY room on the 3rd floor where the bottom lock doesn't lock, carpet has not been vacuumed, dirty towel by sink ! After further inspection the toilet & bathroom & kitchen floor was never cleaned!! Gross!

Needs to be updated. Animal hair on bed sheets, stained bed sheets. Wolf spider in room. Major dust on fridge and counters. Very loud hotel guests. When staff called cops on someone, staff kept speaking about other instances how the hotek has strange, unsafe people. Breakfast was to go muffins, instant oatmeal, and coffee. I was able to check out at 12pm with no charge. No hot water in shower.

A Good Place To Stay
It’s a really good place to stay with your family and friends. The location is pretty good. A lot of dinning options are near by. The lobby and the rooms are really very clean. And it smells so fresh in there.

The front staff was friendly and helpful, but wasn't always available immediately for assisting customers. He was often back in a side room on the phone and there wasn't a bell or anything to get his attention. We had two rooms. One of the rooms was dirty, with dead roaches and food crumbs everywhere. We killed at least three that night. The other room smelled badly of cigarette smoke (supposed to be a non-smoking hotel) and the towels were all dirty with stains and hair in them. The mattresses were comfortable, though. The breakfast was very limited. Overall, would never stay here again.
