I recently stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Richmond, VA, and I encountered several issues that I believe should be addressed.
TV Not Working: The TV in my initial room was not functioning, and despite calling twice for assistance, it was not resolved until I was moved to a different room.
Safe with Bad Batteries: The safe in my new room had dead batteries, which needed to be replaced upon my arrival.
Non-Functional Handicap Button to Pool Area: The handicap button for the pool area was not operational, which is a significant accessibility concern.
Boarding Pass Printing Issues: The lobby kiosk was unable to print my boarding pass, requiring me to send it to the front desk for printing.
Housekeeping Service: Despite requesting housekeeping every other day for my 7-day stay, this service was not provided as requested.
While the staff were responsive and resolved some of these issues, the overall experience was less than satisfactory due to the number of problems encountered. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly for future guests.
