We stayed for four days, but our room was only cleaned once upon request. On our last day, housekeeping knocked at 9 AM and woke us up, despite checkout being at 12 PM, which seemed unprofessional. Overall, the service did not meet our expectations.

During this trip we stayed with Holiday Inn Express twice. In each one we requested a handicapped accessible room. In each we were given a room with one grab bar in the shower, no grab bars around the toilet and a toilet much too low. That is not accessible and I didn't if it is ADA compliant. We have learned our lesson. No more.

Overall great experience, IF I did have to complain it would be about the lack of lighting turning into the property. I don't believe it's the hotels lights but the lights on the surrounding property in order to get to the hotel if that makes sense. Thank goodness for 20/20 and no other cars around lol. Overall, we'll be back
