Another great stay. I stay here 3-4 times a year and couldn’t be happier. Great location which offers a variety of dining options nearby. Staff is always friendly.

The room was very clean. But I had a horrible experience with the guest above me. They were stomping so loudly between the hours of 2:30am-4:30am. I had to call the front desk three separate times to address it and the guest still wouldn't stop. Then after the third time they purposely slammed something down to make more noise after my complaints. I had the worst nights sleep and the front desk only offered me a $20 credit for the issue, which I still haven't received.

Very nice hotel for travelers. Rooms are clean and efficient. Public areas comfortable. Breakfast standard fare. Will definitely look for Tru when traveling in the future.
