Luxury ski-in, ski-out 4-bedroom Chalet in the heart of the ski slopes of La Tzoumaz 

Located alongside the slopes, Chalet Etablons in La Tzoumaz promises you the best in terms of comfort and services. With a modern and relaxing decor combined with the latest modern equipment, this luxury rental chalet of 280m² on 3 floors of pure design, shared between living and relaxation areas, and 4 bedrooms including a Master bedroom, can accommodate up to 8 people.

The interior of Chalet Les Etablons comprises traditional wooden floors but has a range of contemporary furniture and design giving a modern touch to this chalet. Within the living room, there is a large open fireplace that is a combination of wood and stone, giving a homely feeling. Guests can ski back to the chalet and be cozied up around the fire within minutes.

The dining room is just behind the living area and is in keeping with the relaxing theme. A carefully crafted wooden table takes center stage, offering enough space for up to 8 guests to dine at one time. Separated from this space is the kitchen, fully equipped with the essentials for a self-catered stay. 

Large bay windows flood the living rooms with the natural light so dear to our mountains. There is an outdoor terrace that can be accessed from the living room through the sliding patio doors, offering great views of La Tzoumaz.

The sleeping space is composed of 4 bedrooms, with the space to sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom is beautifully finished with a king-sized bed and its en-suite bathroom and relaxing bathtub are located in the heart of the bedroom. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with double beds and en-suite shower rooms. The last bedroom sleeps two people in 2 single beds. 

Between your excursions, relax in your Spa and well-being area or dip into the jacuzzi or relax in the sauna.

When you arrive at the Chalet from the main road, you will have access to private underground parking where you will be able to fit two cars. From there a staircase leads up to a private ski locker where you can change after a beautiful day of skiing. From the ski room, there is a path that will be cleaned for you before your arrival, that leads straight to the chalet.

Ski-in, ski-out, this chalet is perfect for discovering one of the most sublime ski domains in Switzerland, and the charming village of La Tzoumaz located in the heart of the 4 Valleys.

Spacious Chalet with Ski-in / Ski-out
This chalet is situated directly adjacent to the piste leading to the main gondola in La Tzoumaz. A double garage, ski and boot room with dryers, a hot tub on the deck, magnificent hanging fireplace and walk in larder were appreciated additional features. The layout features three bedrooms (two en-suite), bathroom, sauna, laundry room (washing machine and dryer) on the lower level, with the hot tub outside. The main level is taken up by a very spacious living/dining/kitchen area with panoramic views over the mountains and a guest toilet. The upper level features the large master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The chalet is generally well appointed, but notably the build quality of the fitted furniture (cupboards and kitchen) seem somewhat lower than the rest. The blinds in master bedroom and one of the downstairs bedrooms did not work at all upon arrival, but were mostly fixed the next day. The kitchen is fully equipped and even had sharp(!) knives, unusual in a rented property. La Tzoumaz is on the northern aspect of the ridge and hence gets no sun after about 2:45pm in mid February. This makes the large deck and nearby apres-ski bar less attractive, but it was beneficial to snow quality in a week with a lot of sun and no new snow. The property is marketed and priced as a luxury chalet, you should probably be thinking 4* rather than 5* luxury to set expectations correctly.
