The casino staff were rude and impossible. They embarrassed my guest in the worst possible way. Unforgivable, will never return to the hotel or casino because of the treatment we recieved. Imagine, win a cash payout jackpot and then they they ban you for 72 hours. Spent lots of money, enjoyed the hotel and the mike jordan sterkhouse. But could not gamble.

What a wonderful hotel!! Staff was super friendly and the check in/out process was very easy. Many food options at their casino and the hotel pool area was fabulous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here next time I’m in the area! Highly recommend!

Should have shuttle buses for big events to amphitheater. Ubers do not like picking up from ilani for some reason.
