The air conditioner had a very musty odor indicating a need to check the air filter. Cleaning staff is falling short. Floor in bathroom and furniture tops had a film of sorts indicating use of a dirty mop and dirty rag for cleaning. Given this is a brand new property, management needs to get on top of this. Asked for a receipt upon check out and was told Expedia would send one since I booked it there. Can provide a receipt? What?

Our stay was extremely wonderful!! I will stay here every visit! Staff amazing, service is so quick when you call for any additional things that may be needed in your room.. the entire room was spotless, i wish i would have gotten the ladys name on duty that night at check in desk... She was so pleasant and i checked in at 9:50pm, she was a delight😊 she is one of the key factors of us coming back her customer service. Thank you so much

Staff was friendly, polite and professional. Check-in was a breeze and complete in record time. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included a nice variety of options. I'm not terribly familiar with Jackson and I understand there are some shady areas but this area felt very safe. Would definitely recommend!
