Room was very dated, cobwebs and bugs on the walls. Bedding smelled like body odor. Telephone and TV did not work. No toilet paper or towels in the bathroom. The place was absolutely horrible!

Room and beds and pillow comfortable. Only one problem: my key card would not work and I had to have the front desk person let me in whenever I had to leave my room.

This wasn’t an Executive Inn they are clean and well maintained. The clerk would only take cash for the pet deposit. The IRS will want to know what hey do with the cash. The sink was cracked, the sound didn’t work on the TV. Horrible stay but had to stay since we arrived at 10 pm and couldn’t find another room at a good hotel.

We were assigned a room on the second floor but two of the four stairways were blocked off with caution tape. We considered this a significant safety hazard. We asked for and were re-assigned to a first floor room. In the second room, the hook for the security bar had been ripped out of the wall, another safety hazard. There was no continental breakfast although it was advertised on the outside sign, an example of false advertising. The overall external appearance of the facility was shabby; it needs paint. On the plus side, the staff was courteous and helpful when we asked for another room and when we reported a noise issue in the parking lot. .
