Great except loud bar

The room was clean and nice, the staff was very friendly, the shower had hot water, the beach nearby and restaurants around were great. However, I would not recommend staying here unless you are interested in the late night scene. The Big Kahuna bar across the street plays very loud music every night (til 2am fri-Sat, til midnight every other night) that was very loud (audible lyrics, can feel the bass) in our room. Pretty much impossible to fall asleep without good earplugs, which was really unfortunate.

Not Mi Casa

We stayed at Casa Verde because it's a great location. Unfortunately, nothing else about the stay was great. Our room was right under the bar, which played loud music with lots of screams and hooting till 11:00 pm (we left early but were told the music plays till 2:00 am on weekends). The floor in the room wasn't clean. The bathroom was a joke, not big enough to turn around in and barely a trickle of water in the sink. The staff was nice enough, offering us earplugs for the music, but they wouldn't or couldn't change our room. We won't stay here again.

Property is great, clean, accesible, nice pool, nice staff, walking distance from the beach and restaurants. No hot water in the shower some times. Highly recommend.

Honest review

It was a nice hotel. The only thing is they have a bar which is nice but the noise level is to load to around midnight. This might not bother some people. But I am a lite sleeper. Also had the feel if I was I Destin, Florida. It have been nice to have more traditional Spanish culture around. Also, I was a bit surprised that I was locked out my room because there was a balance of 25 dollars which I could have payed at check out.

Came with my brother to see the vibes in Rincon and we found this place last minute. Staff was very quick to accommodate our stay! Owner Travis was helpful with our toilet problem. Security guard Angel was very nice and helped us find a parking spot and got us to our room immediately. Great staff and beautiful place to stay with a fun bar next door. We recommend this place and will return again in the near future.

Needs improvement

This room needs improvement. The bathroom shower is broken causing the water to come out of the shower. The towels smell like cooking oil. The beds sound. The curtains do not cover the intense light of the hallway. Difficult to sleep at night.

I am so happy we chose this accommodation. We got a King Room, over the pool with a little view of the ocean. The room was well presented with every thing we needed. There is a fantastic bar/restaurant on the property and they had entertainment each night and every band was excellent. There is a convenience store on the property too with all you need. The location is great, close to everything, walk to places and a short drive to others. The staff, security and the owners are very attentive. We would for sure go back and will be telling everyone else to as well.
