This place is exquisite immaculate the staff is very helpful and secure. The security is very professional and protective the food is delicious. The rooms with the view are breathtaking. The area is quiet and peaceful. Better than all the noise and confusion going on in copacabana. This place is the best to stay in if you’re looking for peace and tranquility to rest and relax if I had an extra hand I would give it 3 thumbs up !

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, the sheets were dirty, and the room had an unpleasant smell. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive. Hoping for better service, I spoke to someone else the next day, but unfortunately, I received the same unprofessional treatment. The lack of cleanliness and the awful customer service made my stay very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

This hotel operates like an all-inclusive resort, offering a beautiful setting with a pool and a beach just across the street. Meals are served buffet-style for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—though you might want to bring your own salt, pepper, or hot sauce. That’s all I’ll say about the food. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, there’s not much to do in the surrounding area, and most tours don’t reach this far. Despite that, I’d definitely recommend it and would book again if I ever return to Brazil!

The view is nice, the beach is directly across the street and it’s less touristy, there’s also a mall close by and an ice cream shop right on the premises. The things I didn’t like was the lack of help with my luggage upon arrival and departure. They allow smoking on the premises which for me is a real bother. There’s only one pool and it gets quite crowded (not many beach chairs) and had a lot of bugs floating in it. The floor in my room was dusty and the elevators become “busy” throughout the day which can leave you stuck on a floor until it’s free. The staff is pretty cool and it helps to know some português.

The place elegant. We were very pleased with our room and the wonderful,accommodating staff who spoke English. The only exception was the rude bartender.The breakfast buffet was very good. Because it was a Sunday only the buffet was available which was fortunate because it was the very best. During our weekend stay there were a lot of families with kids. David during our stay it had an and families which dominated the pool. The beach was not nearly as crowed as Ipanema or Copacabana

Unfortunately workers couldn't speak English so it was difficult for us to order some food without translator, we thought that in 5 star hotel workers must speak English. In general hotel is really beautiful, view from windows stunning, they have nice breakfast with traditional Brazilian food and access to the beach.

Property had good food, good water pressure, nice rooms. Only cons - pool wasnt heated even thought they claimed it was, staff wasnt very informative, but otherswise hotel was excellent.

This hotel is so poorly run and no way 5*. Horrible check-in queue. Horrible behavior of the reception staff. The hotel is not well maintained. You just see it everywhere. So sad, the architecture is amazing. Safe location as well. There is quite a nice beach. The pool is dirty though. Breakfast so-so. Good quantity, not much selection and poor quality. The restaurant for lunch/dinner has quite reasonable pricing, but dont expect a superior quality. Go to some restaurant instead.
