Room was not cleaned, had to ask TWICE when it should have been cleaned without having to ask at all. Asking second time at midnight I was ignored in customer service line for other people to be dealt with and once spoken to had to wait another 30 minutes for rrom to be cleaned

Excelente localização, fácil mobilidade
Localização excelente para participação nos eventos do Boulevard Olímpico, acesso fácil de VLT tanto do aeroporto Santos Dumont como da Rodoviária Novo Rio. Quarto bom, limpo. Banheiro idem. Um pouco bagunçado o café da manhã: não dão conta do volume de pessoas. Tentamos horários diferentes, sempre faltando reposição de alimentos, utensíliso e limpeza das mesas. Os funcionários que lá estáo são cordias e ágeis, mas são poucos. Dá pra melhorar.

Cheguei 21h e não tinha o quarto que reservei disponível, me acomodaram em um quarto acessível com a cama quase no nível do solo, pia do banheiro minúscula, água do chuveuiro que inunda o banheiro. Quarto e ambientes do hotel com cheiro ruim. Não arrumaram o quarta de um dia para o outro
