Shower water temperature mild to cold, one day sheets were missing on the bed, towels left on bathroom floor, toilet paper roll, not replaced, water in minibar not refilled, slow wi-fi. Terrible stay for a Best Western hotel whereas the other two in Rio are really good places.

Primeiro fomos colocados em um quarto com cama de solteiro. Depois colocaram num quarto no 1 andar virado pra rua, super barulhenta e com 2 camas de solteiro encostadas. Bem desconfortável. Não retornarei.

O quarto é bem limpo, tudo arrumado, parece que é novo. Só o chuveiro q não esquentava. E não tinha colher, ou garfo. Acharia interessante já q tem microondas, seria uma boa opção. O café da manhã é bem simples. Mas é gostoso!! A piscina, a sauna, são maravilhosas. Recomendo o hotel!!!!

Bem meia boca
Hotel e um misto de hotel com apartamentos de moradores. O restaurante é bastante simplório. Não há variedades no buffet. Sempre falta alguma coisa. O quarto não é bem limpo, as camas são demasiadamente pequenas. Minha reserva era quarto com cama de casal. Na hora, eram duas camas de solteiro emendadas. Muito ruim a estadia .
