The unit was safe, quiet, and had a lot of things to do in the area. The 24 hour doorman/security staff was also very nice. Unfortunately, the unit was infested with cockroaches (many of all sizes every day throughout the entire stay, not just one here and there). Also several items were either broken (e.g., window shades) or very old (e.g., bedding). I mentioned the infestation issue to the rental staff on site , however based on the response I am not overly optimistic it will be resolved expeditiously.

El hotel es excelente. Limpio, buen desayuno y excelente ubicación. El personal fue muy amable y cordial. El único problema que tuve fue al momento del check in porque me cobraron una persona más al momento del ingreso. Queria solicitar una compensación. Alquile un cuarto con cama grande

Super justo
Espaço bem aproveitado com vários armários e gavetas, bem equipado com ar condicionado novo, cama confortável e tudo limpinho. A comunicação foi estressante, pois as duas vezes que precisei entrar em contato, inclusive 24 horas antes do check-in, eu simplesmente não conhecia resposta. Tive que ligar para o hoteis.com para cobrarem dos proprietários. Na ansiedade da viagem, foi angustiante não ter retorno. Mas voltaria.
