The hotel overall was good for Rio Verde. The staff knew I was English and had limited Portuguese ; I had to make all efforts to translate. Also, a work friend from RV who visited a few times , to show me around RV and where to eat etc felt the staff were looking at her with curiosity and suspicion . I saw that also . None of their business ! The music act on Wednesday was good

Comfortable and spacious hotel
A very nice hotel away from the city centre. Very good breakfast, rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool area is nice with some shadow areas. I would strongly recommend if you want to stay in a peaceful area of town.

Razoável a bom.
O quarto tem bom tamanho. As roupas de cama e o colchão são bons. A limpeza dos corredores e embaixo da cama deixam muito a desejar. Exaustor do andar apresentou problema e fez barulho alto durante a noite, atrapalhando em muito a noite.

Portão da garagem com interfone fora do gancho
Algumas vezes ninguém atendeu a campainha de abrir o portão do estacionamento. Tive dar a volta no quarteirão e ir até a recepção. Depois fazer o trajeto de volta. Alguns funcionarios da recepção deixam o interfone fira do gancho, pude perceber.
