Hidden parking fees

The $10 per day parking fee for a public lot, ample space, and no security presence was wild. This isn't a major metropolitan area where parking is scarce. It's also contrary to the hotel information displayed on screen in each hotel room - free parking. They do not collect any vehicle info as it's honor system. Directed to a labeller sticker on credit card terminal as explanation/authority for charge. Two elevators in the building; one was out of service, the other shimmies, clicks, and whines as you ride. Constant thoughts of plummeting to your death while inside. Please get someone out to address your elevator issues,
